We met while attending medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. We left California briefly to complete our training through the Family Medicine Residency Program located at the University of Arizona’s St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.
Upon returning to California we worked for private practices affiliated with Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach in the year leading up to the opening of our private practice in Rolling Hills Estates.
Dr. Tim grew up in Palos Verdes and attended St. John Fisher and Bishop Montgomery High School. He attended California Lutheran for his undergraduate studies and worked for Kerlin and Jobe prior to starting medical school.
Dr. Gwenne is originally from Wisconsin. She attended Minnesota State University for her undergraduate studies and worked at the local hospital as a certified nursing assistant before heading west in 1999 for medical school.
Dr. Tim comes from a strong family background of medicine. His father was a local general surgeon, his brother is a family physician in Long Beach and his Grandfather was a chiropractor.
Dr. Tim loves to surf and paddleboard. Dr. Gwenne enjoys cooking and loves animals. Most of our time is devoted to spending time outdoors with our children and enjoying the many beautiful attractions right here in sunny California!
Each year we sponsor and compete in The South Bay Dozen which supports The Jimmy Miller Foundation, participate in Walk with Sally, support our local schools through donations, volunteer as the team Physician for BMHS football, and give community lectures.
